Office Manager (UAE)

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.  | Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A


Required for AUDIT FIRM at Dubai
Multitasking: Maintain ledger, bank reconcilation, self correspondence, fixing appointments, following up with client, maintain admin work at office,secretarial job, receiving & forwarding calls, maintain registers

Approximately AED 3,000 to 3500 monthly

Essentially a person with
Good communication, knowledge of arabic is preferred
Ledger Maintenance, reconcile bank statement,petty cash, raise Invoices, receivable, payables, follow up with clients, customer database, monitor housekeeping,Epabx, payroll
