SAP CRM computer Telephony Integration for Mahindra Satyam (UAE)

Specific Job Characteristics:

o SAP CRM 7.0 functional experience within a call centre/service environment.

o Experience of CTI integration with SAP.

o Good understanding of telephony systems like BCM or Avaya or Nortel.

o Strong business process consultancy skills in an SAP CRM environment Develop proper and comprehensive documentation

o Good visualization of the exceptions and ability to handle them

o Develop proper and comprehensive documentation

o Ensure user acceptance


Knowledge and Experience:

At least 4+ years of experience in implementing/developing SAP CRM solution focusing on SAP CRM CTI. In-depth knowledge in CRM CTI integration for telephony systems like SAP BCM or Avaya or Nortel.
