Cisco Capital Regional Manager (Singapore)

Regional Segment Lead, Cisco Capital,

The Regional Segment Lead (RSL), Cisco Capital, will lead the ABC segment within Cisco Capital, with responsibility for overall business and portfolio growth on a sustainable basis and assist Capitals regional sales leaders in driving the direct sales of financial products to customers, integration with Cisco Product Sales, Services and Channels organizations.

The RSL must be able to balance sales enablement, program development, product development, profitability and risk. The ability to work, integrate with and influence Cisco President and operate effectively as part of the Cisco Management Team is critical to success. This position is also a part of the Regional Cisco Capital Management Team and requires occasional international travel apart from frequent national level travel.

Significant financial solutions selling experience coupled with the ability to coordinate cross-functional Cisco Capital activities to support sales and business roles. Ability to develop economic solutions that work for Cisco's customers and that makes sense for Cisco Capital.

Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain and expand executive level relationships with business partners within and be able to transform current partners towards New Consumption Models (NCMs)
Support the Capital FSM / RSM community create, develop and close complex transaction that require the collaboration of Theatre, Regional and often Global functional support
Presenting financing sales strategies/products and lead customer discussions with customer CEO and CFO in order to advance the sales process
To help develop new programs, initiatives and sales-led solutions that enable higher volume and higher value sales for Cisco and Cisco Capital
Be able to influence key decisions within the Management Team and effectively execute business strategies
To work collaboratively with Ciscos Commercial Finance teams to ensure a smooth execution of all non-standard Capital models that may require Cisco support, particularly in the evolution of the NCMs.
Clearly communicate company vision, go-to-market strategy and execution plan with team;
To engage with the Management Team in the setting, review and deployment of Segment Strategy for each fiscal year and the review and implementation of the strategy as each quarter evolves
Act as role model to team and customers; reinforcing Cisco culture and implementing best practices;
Help build a collaborative culture amongst sales and the cross functional teams (Credit, Operations, Legal, etc) and with the Global Cisco Capital team
Provide innovative approaches that enhance collaboration with partners and employees
Build strong executive relationships while at the same time being able to support and help at any level through his/her organization to maximize impact
Create a culture of excellence in an environment of collaboration and open communication across functional groups

Key Requirements

Minimum of 8-12 years experience in the financing business, with strong leadership and management skills.
Overall sales experience working at an executive level with specific examples of closing large and strategic deals
Extensive knowledge of local and global financial markets. Requires understanding of telecom carrier financial drivers and
Developing long term customer relationships at an executive level
Understanding of Cisco 's technologies and industry is a strong plus
Able to work in a matrix organization which values collaboration and diversity of ideas
Work well in a fast-paced, multi-cultural organization
Able to function effectively as a key member of the Asia Pacific Cisco Capital Management Team. Prior experience in such a role is desirable
Fluency in both spoken and written English is required

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
MBA or equivalent is preferred
