Administration Manager (Oman)

Experience: 15 to 25 yrs.


Responsibilities:
To monitor and initiate vehicle related registration/ insurance claims and renewals for the company owned vehicle fleet and employee personal vehicles (under company car scheme).
To monitor and initiate appropriate actions for the execution of requests related to new visa applications, family / relative visa, visa / passport renewals, visa cancellations and new business visas / permits.
To initiate actions for the early settlement of workmen compensation claims for any work related accidents / death during the course of employment.
Carry out all maintenance requested on time to facilitate a better and proper use of all facilities and common areas and schedule house keeping services with a view to maintain safe and healthy environment. Participate in periodic walkthrough with HSE staff and paramedic and take a note of points for necessary corrective action.

Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of the company, such as office facilities management and maintenance, office automation and stationary, security, travel, insurance, record-keeping, mail distribution, telephone services etc. and also liaise with government agencies for procuring necessary clearance and approvals.

Any Graduate with 18-22 years of experience in similar profile of which minimum 5 years at a Senior Manager cadre.
Candidate having prior experience in handling administration of large construction Projects of reputed companies in Gulf Countries & India. Candidate with Gulf driving license will have additional advantage.
