Job responsibilities:
- Candidate Recruitment Sourcing
- Candidate Assessment
- Interviewing, testing of potential candidates
- Paperwork for recruitment needs
- Conduct/Participate in Job Fair at Universities
- Establish relations with universities
- Finding best services providers, signing agreements with companies providing services in Kazakhstan
- Recommends, research and develops training courses for supervisors
- Coordination of work with training, life and medical insurance, recruitment companies
- Development and timely updating of HR policies and procedures
- Expats relocation, contracts coordination
- Work Permit Management Control
- Work Permit Management Control
- Work with KFN regarding executive employees
Requirements:
Higher education, MBA will be a plus;
Experience, not less than 3 years in HRM;
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English;
