The selected incumbent would be responsible for leading a sales team in achieving the sales targets and other objectives set by the management and would report to the Business Head of the Water Purification Systems division.
He would assist the Business head in developing an effective business plan and would implement it by applying innovative sales and marketing strategy.
Tracking related new and expansion projects, new business development, sales presentations, key customer relationship management, facilitate sales team training, motivation and provide leadership, credit monitoring and collections, market segmentation and sales analysis, etc are some other important job attributes.

Applicants should be graduates aged around 32 years preferably with an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute and 7 - 10 years sales experience, some of which should have been in selling water purification systems to commercial establishments, institutions, hospitals, food retail chains, etc.
Good leadership and management skills with the ability to think out of the box and with a result oriented focus are essential personable attributes for the job.
