The candidate:
- Should be energetic
- Organizing and assigning duties to maintenance and driving staffs.
- Developing working schedule for shifts of employees;
- Ensuring the strict compliance with safety & hygiene regulations and standards, especially in relation to food & beverage;
- Preparing and maintaining budget while ensuring the accomplishment of targets;
- Controlling the quality of products and services;
- Maintaining financial records;
- Managing payroll for employees and evaluating their performance;
- Assigning employees to greet the clients;
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and organizing the execution of the contracts to the satisfaction.
- Generating and implementing standard operating procedure for preventive maintenance and routine checkup.
- Working in liaison with catering department to ensure timely dispatch of food and staff for outdoor sites.
- Working hand to hand with the accommodation department for daily maintenance and fresh check inns.
- Scheduling service of all equipments with the concerned persons.
- Interacting with client and visiting them for proper feedback of services. Do any necessary changes based upon the feedback.
- Attend regular meeting with the operation team and discuss the strategies to be implemented.
- Routine check of all Kitchen equipments and facilities and assign maintenance job to logistic team.
- Attend scheduled meeting with higher management to discuss present and future operations.
- Controlling the entire operations with help of supervisors and head cooks and ensuring daily logs are maintained.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly budgets for catering.
- Giving valuable inputs to the management when new contracts are negotiated.
- Forecasting of staff requirement as per the operation.
- Helping in recruiting new staff when required.
- Scheduling on job training of all employees from time to time to ensure their growth.
- Motivate the team to get the maximum output for the company.
- Should have a experience in mobilizing the new sites or projects
- Should have a knowledge of making pre mobilization plan along with requirements for new projects for both housing and catering division
- Should maintain the gate pass, IDs, Iqama & passport details with their expiry and renewal dates along with admin. Assistant and take timely action.
The Candidate should :
- be a Hotel Management graduate
- have minimum experience of 5 years in similar field with catering and housing background where the candidate has handled large and multiple camps
