General Summary:
* Reporting to HSM MH Section Head and responsible for the semi finished materials are received stored appropriately transported sorted and charge correctly to facilitate production processes and keep track of stock movement in assigned working shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
*- Ensures efficient & safe receiving from SMP production sorting stacking and charging of feedstock material to RHF grids to warrant uninterrupted production processes.
- Advises superior of the status of work in progress material availability and potential production problems to ensure that personnel equipment materials and services are provided as needed.
- Orderly storage of semi finished material size and grade wise to ensure traceability and other related material tracking processes.
- Sorting of held feedstock material in coordination with technical service for releasing updating and posting in ERP system.
- Ensures feedstock material requirements by Rolling Mill are met in consideration to quality size and other standard rolling parameters.
- Prepares rolling programs in conformity to production plan and feedstock material is charge timely and appropriately.
- Ensures traceability from L1 to L2 and offset grades mix up to nil with constant monitoring and verification.
- Updates SAP and other tool for Inventory records in line with material processes and inventory requirements.
- Coordinates with maintenance to ensures upkeep of related semi finished material handling equipment and facilities.
- Coordinates with outsourced contractors if necessary for transfer of excess material from feedstock prior to outside storage.
- Ensures discipline is maintained amongst employees and contractors with in motivation and development of employees and their safety.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities (Additional job Context)
- Assist HSM MH Section Head on special tasks.
- Assist HSM MH Section Head & Inventory controller in exercising control of inventory management investigation of safety & environment incidents.
- Assist HSM MH Section Head in accomplishing sectional objectives & action plans.

Minimum Education Qualification (Must Have)
* University degree or technical diploma ( Full Time course minimum 4 years)

* Team Building and motivation
Professional Experience (Must Haves)
* 3 Years in Heavy Industries in handling semi Finished goods and /or inventory management
