7+ yrs of experience .Minimum 5 Years of experience .

Project Lead experience

Hands-on on build, support, migration Exchange 2010

Build MS Exchange 2010 based solution with HA & DR

Virtualized Server environment

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities :

- As Microsoft Consultant / Messaging Consultant to be closely involved in

designing & building Microsoft Exchange based solutions.

- During presales, responsible for creating solution as per expectations of customer.

-Proposal writing, presentation to customer as expert.

-Generate technical design in details, build / migrate the solution.

-Including Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer to customer

Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA

Technical Skills / Certifications

Strong experience in Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012

Strong experience in Windows Active Directory Services 2008 / 2012; DNS; DHCP

Strong experience in Windows File Server / DFS

Strong experience in Windows Right Management Services

Strong experience in Network Load Balancing & Cluster Services

Strong experience in Hyper-V

Exchange Server:

Strong experience in Exchange Migration from 2007 / 2010

Edge Services

Anti-Spam / etc.

Mail Flow trouble-shooting

Server / Database / Site Recovery

TMG

Configuration of Firewall rules / Access rules
