Receptionist / Guest Service Agent (Sharjah)

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs.


-To deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face.
-To complete procedures when guests arrive and leave.
-To choose rooms and handing out keys.
-To prepare bills and taking payments.
-To take and pass on messages to guests.

-She should have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
-Strong customer service skills.
-She must have a friendly and professional telephone manner
-Ability to adapt to different guests.
