HSE Officer, H R Executive and HR Deputy Manager for Oman

HSE Officer


Experience: 2 to 5 yrs.

Any Graduate with 1 to 3 yrs HSE Course from recognized institutions.
Min 2 to 5 yrs experience in Oil & Gas industry, should have done tankage job.
Salary range- As per experience and suitability after interview.

H R Executive


Experience: 1 to 2 yrs.

1. To Handle recruitment of expatriates and local nationals.
2. To coordinate requirements of personnel with different department head.
3. Coordinating with different channels to source talents for organization.
4. To maintain proper data base of all cvs received from different channels/resources.
5. To organize interview for short listed candidates.
6. Pre-Employment formalities of finally selected candidates
7. Coordinating with Administration and Public Relation officer ( Local National ) for visa process.
8. Follow up with candidates to complete on boarding process.

Qualification/Experience- Post Graduate in Personnel Management; well versed with resourcing; exposure to Oil n Gas and Electrical area.

HR Deputy Manager


Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Skills Required- HR/Recruitment/Policy formation & Implementation
They are looking for expatriate with 8 years of exp,MBA holder well versed with the recruitment process and policies and organisation development.Should have worked in the construction industry and handled all levels of recruitment(Engineers & Managers)
