Urgent Opening for Purchase Manager to be based in Uganda, Africa for one of the leading Conglomerate with 20 years of existence.

Interview Date & Venue: 

1) 15th Jan & 16th Jan 2014 in New Delhi from 9:30 am to 3 pm 

2) 17th Jan & 18th Jan 2014 in Chennai from 9:30 am to 3 pm.

3) 19th Jan 2014 in Mumbai from 9:30 am to 3 pm.

Job Profile: 

• Administer contracts for major purchases like Food & Non food items.
• Supervise and direct purchasing functions such as product/service research, vendor selection, price and contract terms negotiation and purchase order completion.
• Prepare budget estimates and monitor departmental expenditures like MIS etc.
• Understand the market & products rate like food items by doing regular market survery.
• Identify high-margin opportunities for additional product offerings through market research and networking with customers, vendors, and the academic community.
• Source products and raw materials at quality and cost standards consistent with company business objectives.
• Source (Importing) of Capital items, Foods items etc. under skillful way through EPCG & Duty Free License.
• Handling Project as well operational procurement through effortless ways (Through floating Tender, Rate Comparative, sample approval, Negotiation, etc )

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 Years in purchase/procurement in a 5* Star
