1. Overall In-charge of the Program/ Programs with direct responsibility of Cost Control, Program Profitability, Team Management, Member Management, Client Management and Quality control.
2. Responsible for ensuring that the teams are adequately trained on software and processes, and the same is followed diligently. This includes following DNC rules without fail.
3. Setting performance targets for efficiency, sales, quality and staff retention. Monitoring Sales from different channels and ensuring that all channels are used in addition to tele marketing, example Hotel in-house, Direct Sales, Emails, Flyers, Posters, and Tie Ups etc.
4. Recruitment, Training and Development of Staff - Communicating Organization culture and HR tools to all Staff. Coaching, Motivating and Retaining Staff and ensuring fairness in bonus, reward and Incentive structure.
5. Maintain confidentiality of all databases and follow all security guidelines of the Organization.
6. Responsible for ensuring transparency on all ongoing communication / meetings with the Client and the
superiors. Resolving escalated issues and keeping clients informed when required in a timely manner.
7. Responsible for ensuring proper grooming of self & staff and ensuring the staff follow all HR policies and guidelines.
8. Supervising and ensuring all reporting and E Mail / written correspondence with the Members or the Client or the Company are accurate and timely.
9. Recommending Change: Ensuring Program Assessment Document is completed and a point wise Action Plan for change is made, and coordinated for the Program on a monthly basis.
10. Accounting MIS Controls: Responsible for monitoring all operational processes as per specified business controls, reporting, sales mechanism, revenue, tracking expenses, P&Ls and vendor payments.
1. Male or female in the age bracket of 26 years to 35 years
2. The individual must have at least 5 to 6 years of experience in managing a direct sales teams and a department of outbound telesales centre of up to 20 people.
3. Ability to effectively interact with the management of luxury hotels (the Clients) directly.
4. Confident, with good Leadership and Organizational skills
5. Command over the English language
