Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

> Development expertise in OOP, Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts, web services, REST
> Experience with SQL; preferably Oracle and MySQL
> Familiarity with JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Hibernate, Linux shell commands

> Total 6+ years exp.
> Exp. managing a team through the development life-cycle using both traditional & agile methodologies
> Exp. developing software services & an understanding of design for security, scalability, performance & reliability
