Training & Development Manager for Kuwait

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.  | Salary: U.S Dollars 30,000 - 40,000 P.A
  1. Job Location is KUWAIT - Must be willing to work in Kuwait
  2. Competency mapping
  3. Identify Training needs
  4. Conduct Employee Engagement / satisfaction surveys and make an action plan / Road map
  5. Develop Annual & Monthly Calendars & Conduct / Ensure programs accordingly.
  6. Arrange off the job / on-the-job training for current / new employees
  7. Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development courses
  8. Develop training manuals for all categories with visual aids etc.
  9. Develop training evaluation procedures for checking the effectiveness of training / process / outcomes.
  10. Plan, develop staff development programs
  11. Prepare training budget for each department / location and Organization.
  12. Analyze training needs to impart new trainings or modify & improve existing programs.
  13. Train the instructors / supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees
  14. Coordinate for established professional courses provided by community schools / other external bodies and design training nomination procedures to depute
  15. Review & evaluate training / apprenticeship programs for compliance with govt. standards at plants.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION 

  • MBA in HRD
  • Should be well versed with Excel, Power Point & other MS OFFICE TOOLS

EXPERIENCE
 

  • 5 to 15 years of experience in Training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Arabic Would be added advantage
