- Identify Training needs
- Conduct Employee Engagement / satisfaction surveys and make an action plan / Road map
- Develop Annual & Monthly Calendars & Conduct / Ensure programs accordingly.
- Arrange off the job / on-the-job training for current / new employees
- Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development courses
- Develop training manuals for all categories with visual aids etc.
- Develop training evaluation procedures for checking the effectiveness of training / process / outcomes.
- Plan, develop staff development programs
- Prepare training budget for each department / location and Organization.
- Analyze training needs to impart new trainings or modify & improve existing programs.
- Train the instructors / supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees
- Coordinate for established professional courses provided by community schools / other external bodies and design training nomination procedures to depute
- Review & evaluate training / apprenticeship programs for compliance with govt. standards at plants.

- Should be well versed with Excel, Power Point & other MS OFFICE TOOLS
EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic Would be added advantage
