- Analyze project requirements and prepare a Project Master Schedule which integrates strategies and constraints for all project phases.
- Plan, co-ordinate and control the construction activities in the field like inspection of hydro- testing, Pigging, Swabbing & commissioning of pipeline.
- Support the Project Manager in the preparation of the Project Plan.
- Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards and relative procedures and practices are met during the execution of the construction activities.
- Understand the contract, quality management system and ensure these requirements are met.
- To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
- To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
- Reviews the Non-Conformity Files
- Regularly communicate to Project Manager the performance and status of the construction activities.
- Actively communicate with Project Manager in the evaluation of the project changes (evaluating their feasibility, identifying the technical solution to implement and identifying the required resources) including the ones that can require a change order (to be discussed with the Client)
- Supervise the activities and performance of the contractors involved in the construction activities.
- Supervision and control of Pre commissioning and commissioning Procedures principles (handover, punch list, witness, certification) Test. Pipelines cleaning, gauging and hydro-test Pipeline drying.
- Review and Approval of test sequence and planning Preparation of punch list of activities to be completed before pre-commissioning and commissioning as per technical standards.
- Continuous monitoring of Projects with progress S-Curve indicating the lag (if any) & taking necessary corrective action
- Candidates must be having B.Tech/Diploma regular with minimum experience of 10 yrs in Pipeline division of Oil & Gas industry.
- He must be willing to travel overseas.
- Project period presently 2 yrs may be extended.
- Employment type is Contractual.
