Experience: 4 to 9 yrs.
Must have skills: Knowledge of Oracle ASCP, Supply / Demand planning, and Demantra. Requirements gathering, business client relationship.
The Functional Architect role requires experience in architecture and implementation of Oracle Demantra to include Demand Management & Advanced Forecasting. A qualified candidate will have hands-on experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and performance tuning Oracle Demantra and should have experience working as a team member.

Interpret requirements, map current and future state business processes, and develop plans to address functional gaps (Business)
Communicate in formal presentation settings including medium to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; tailors presentations to needs and interests of the audience
Adept at determining requirements by interviewing personnel, reviewing documentation and facilitating working sessions
Knowledgeable about the Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates and method and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements

Expertise in Demantra functionality and solutions to including experience in implementation skills.

Creation and management of hierarchies
Training, both train the trainer and end user
Apply best practices and a detailed understanding of Demantra to design a world-wide enterprise solution

Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company
