Job Description

Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition.
Involved in Vendor contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts.
Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Get involved in complete Sales/BD/
Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation
Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
Should have good industry exposure.
Strong communicator and negotiator.

Result Oriented, Go getter, should have flair for Marketing & Target Oriented, should be able to take individual targets, Devrelop New Business Relations, Contribute to company's growth, willing to travel Abroad & must be well travelled.
