1.To clean and maintain all guest areas and back office areas in the hotel as per specified standards and follow plans/schedules set up in the Housekeeping department
2.Cleaning guest rooms and preparing them for occupancy. 3.Checking the room to ensure that guest supplies, menu, directory and minibar have been placed.
4. Ensuring that equipment in the room is in working condition. 5.Ensuring that guest corridors are clean and well maintained. 6.Responding to guest queries and providing assistance in case of requests.
7.Responsible for cleaning of lobby area restaurant, rest rooms and banquet halls.
8.Picking up and delivering laundry at specified times.
9.Taking orders for the IRD.
10.Responsible for Room Service.
11.Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
