IT Engineer for Herfy Foods Services Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5 to 6 yrs

Job  Profile:

IT Engineer should have good experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Active directory, Operating Systems (Windows servers , linux, Solaris), Email Systems, Firewall, UTM, backup solution, Oracle basic DBA functions, Microsoft SQL Server basic DBA function, multi-wan load balance and Failover, Disaster Recovery.

• Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer and upgrade Microsoft Windows Server operating systems with all required server roles on assigned servers.
• Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Active Directory.
• Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade other enterprise applications and systems as assigned.
• Managing and maintaining backup and recovery procedures and processes.
• Group policy administration, end user workstation and application support
• Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Exchange including Exchange mail stores.
• Must perform system administrative functions on an enterprise level WAN MS Exchange domain, including software support functions.
• Additional duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, enterprise monitoring, and installing system wide software.
• Build and deploy desktops, laptops, workstations and servers
• Document, monitor, maintain and test disaster recovery procedures
• Create and maintain system documentation
• Install, configure, and support an organization's network system.
• Maintain network hardware and software.
• Maintain a Change Management log for changes made in the production environment.
• Work with IT management to ensure systems are in line with overall IT policies and standards
• Resolve helpdesk tickets as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

•  5+ years experience in a Network or System Administrator/Engineer position
•  Multiple years of Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
•  Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and other relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
