- CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE FROM OBEROI HOTELS IN TRAINING PROFILE.
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service & delivered end to end training function.
- Based on training needs analyses conducted for the Hotel department, initiates and supervises development and revision of Hotel training and development courses and their curriculum, instrumentation and other related materials.
- Reviews/revises training and development plans to ensure that they conform to the changes in technology and employee programs.
- Develops and initiates training evaluation systems. Prepares training data in support of other management intervention programs. Develops an annual training plan. Manages the training budget.
- Assists department managers in developing and organizing their training programs. Assists department managers to train individuals designated departmental trainers.
- Conducts general orientation programs. Organizes, supervises and manages development programs. Coordinates the use of outside training resources. Organizes cross-training programs.
- Assists management in analysing training needs. Completes monthly training report. Performs other duties as maybe assigned by superior.
