Store Manager for Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

Execute and support Company and District Managers business objectives
Overall leadership presence in assigned store
React and plan using store statistics and available visit/audit reports
Ensure store expenditures fall within payroll plans and support sales goals
Is the liaison between the store and the District Manager
Collaborate with the Co-Manager, Visual Manager, Stock Manager and Assistant Managers to integrate operational and visual objectives.
Administer store meetings per company directives and communicate successes and opportunities to District Manager
Overall staffing, training, development, performance management and retention of store employees
Drive a fun, exciting and rewarding culture within the store
Communicate merchandise transfer opportunities to District Manager
Keep updated on Operations and Visual Memos
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Partner with District Manager for all outstanding/unresolved store issues
Ensure store is in good standing with Mall Management

Additional Responsibilities:

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Secure and maintain assigned company property
Pilot and champion company test programs
Support store openings, closings and remodels as needed
