- Responsible for the sales of IT & Stationery products across the verticals.
- Overseeing, training and developing a team of 5 Marketing Executives.
- Responsible for coordinating Sales Promotion and Product Launches.
- Running Sales Financial reporting for management.
- Penetration into the IT & Stationery Re-Sellers country wide.
- Assisting Sr. Management with procurement and logistics to maintain an optimal stock turnover.
- Controlling the Accounts Receivable process to ensure timely collections.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference.
- Generating sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
- Ensuring proper material availability to achieve revenue targets.
- Tracking competition and having a fair understanding about their product range and sales strategy.
- Acquiring new clients and negotiating with them for securing highly profitable business.
- Handling all sales & marketing activities, analyzing market trends & establishing healthy business relations with clients.
- Organizing promotional campaigns; focusing on brand establishment & market penetration.
- Ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for attaining periodical targets and optimizing revenue.
- Analyzing market trends & requirements while collating market intelligence reports and accordingly chalking out measures for countering competition.
- Evaluating marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in IT Hardware or Office Equipments Industry.
- He should have minimum 2 years of experience in managerial post.
- Should have ability to handle sales team.
- Should have knowledge of ERP and MRP will be preferable.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Should be ready to relocate to Uganda.
