National Sales Manager for Congo & Central African Republic

  • Develop and implement strategy for marketing and sales of the company. 
  • Explore and develop market for the product range 
  • Explore business leads and convert the leads into business 
  • New customer development and customer relationship management 
  • Provide leads for contracting business of the organization 
  • Understand client requirements through the team and independently , guide and advise the team and client to generate business
  • Work independently interacting across client hierarchies to to generate desired result
  • Guide and drive a sales team 
  • Explore new market opportunities in a highly price sensitive market Responsible for value driven top line 
    • Must have prior experience of understanding a new market, develop and implement a result oriented strategy for the product range and achieve the target.
    • Clear Working knowledge of
    1. Low, Medium and High Voltage switch gears of reputed brands Cables
    2.  High end voltage stabilizers and UPS.
    • Knowledge and able to work electrical engineering software used for load calculation sizing and equipment rating
    • High degree of commercial sense 
    • Travel across the country to develop the marketing and sales network for the organization and
    • Good presentation skills

10+ years experience
