Sr. Quantity Surveyor for Oman

• Qualification :Degree /Diploma Quantity surveying or Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Exp: 7 - 10 years in the field of MEP CONSTRUCTION
• Submission of payment applications pertaining to MEP jobs. Obtain certification with the stipulated time.
• Collect & Maintain systematic filling system covering all commercial,contract issues,update project information & records
• Measurements,quantity take off ,preparation of Final account 
• Evaluation of subcontractors invoices & claims
• Preparation, submission & agreement of variation & claims. Maintain variation /Change log managing variations to contract.
• ERP entries for work done, invoicing & certification.
• Evolution of work in progress & work done preparation of all monthly reports as per procedures.
• Carryout monthly reconciliation of materials in coordination staff.
• Gulf Experience Preferred. (Can join soon.)
• AGE MAX 30-35 YRS
• Only Male Candidates.
