Chief Financial Officer in Indo German International Pvt. Ltd., UAE

Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organizations fiscal function and performance.
Provide executive management with advice and guidance on the financial implications of business activities. Serves as the financial authority in the organization, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
Responsible for the trade finance activities, development and maintenance of accounting and financial analysis systems to ensure concise consistent and meaningful data.
Responsible for controlling expenses, maximizing revenue, planning, forecasting and establishing financial and operational procedures and controls.

Oversee the development and implementation of long term financial targets
Identify and focus on areas for improvement and explain positive and negative variances to assist operations in maximizing profitsDevelop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Develop, implement and maintain the internal financial controls consistent with the firms policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure, safeguarding of assets, approval of transactions, and accuracy of reporting

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree with MBA / CA / ICWA
12+ years of finance career experience, 3-4years minimum as a CFO or Controller
Previous Trade finance experience required
