Contracts Engineer for Punj Lloyd Ltd, Malaysia

• To read the CONTRACT, discuss and obtain a correct understanding of the clients requirements as per CONTRACT. 
• To prepare and follow up the Companys response to OWNER's Contractual letters.
• To prepare and follow up Company's response to Subcontractors / Vendors in accordance with the established RFQ's / PO's / WO's for any change in scope.
• To ensure that the documentation received for orders/enquiries is sufficiently informative/detailed to allow the efficient processing of the work. 
• To process orders in accordance with the established procedures for materials, bought out items, labour and site equipment. 
• To liaise with the client regarding deliverables to be submitted as per the CONTRACT.
• To prepare the Proforma Invoice (Payment Claim) after collecting the required back up documents and on approval prepare and submit Invoice and follow up with OWNER for early disbursal.
• To be vigilant to capture any Claims on to OWNER (for Engineering, Procurement Construction and Commissioning and collect all supporting documents and assist CONTRACT MANAGER in preparing the Change Proposal and follow up with OWNER.

Engineering Graduate with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in contracts Management & claims working with any EPC Oil & Gas Industry.
