Location: Saudi Arabia, Al Khobar

Experience required: 10-15 yrs of experience including minimum 5 yrs as Principal in reputed schools 
Qualification: Strong academic credentials with a B.Ed

Job Description:

Should be able to Work closely with the Board in defining the academic direction of the School so as to deliver on the vision and mission objectives
Well versed with administrative techniques and methodology.
Should be responsible for developing and controlling the academic budget.
Overall responsibility for all faculty related matters at the School including recruitment performance review, Faculty compensation management.
