Experience & Skills
1. Minimum of10 years experience in the Total Rewards field.
2. At least five of which are in a supervisory role.

• Direct, monitor and maintain the service delivery, strategic planning, development and operational management of QP
Healthcare Laboratory Services.• Act as a corporate focal point for QP Healthcar eLaboratory Services.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum experience of 8 years as a Specialist Clinical Pathologist in a multi-disciplinary clinical laboratory to include
Clinical Haematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Immunology and Microbiology, with a knowledge of basic Blood
Banking and Serology. Of the 8 years, 3 years should have been in a managerial capacity (essential).• Experience in blood
sampling techniques (essential).• Experience in results analysis and interpretation of different laboratory tests (essential).•
Experience in the use of fully automated and computerized laboratory machines (essential).
Education
• Medical degree or MB BCh (essential).• Post-graduate degree in Clinical Pathology (essential).• Licensed to practice as

Primary purpose of job

Experience & Skills
• Must have law enforcement security background or comparable military experience.
• Twelve (12) years of industrial security/law enforcement or comparable military experience, with five (5) years at a managerial level.
• Excellent time management, organization and priority setting skills, must have demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to organize, motivate and supervise multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
