Inspection Engineer

Qualification –  Mechanical Engineer or equivalent + At least 2 API certificates (API 510, 570, 653) + NDT Level II

Experience – Min. 8  years

Min 5 years as Static Equipment Inspection engineer in petrochemical plants is min requirement.

Profile –
1. To Develop and implement long term preventative and predictive inspection plans for static equipment and piping system.
2. Responsible for ensuring that all fabrication, erection and construction activities within the plant and at Contractor shops meet designed engineering specifications, regulatory, industry codes and other relevant industrial standards.
3. To perform in-service inspection, including corrosion monitoring of equipment & piping and executing NDE (Non-destructive Examination) to confirm integrity of equipment repairs, modification and new construction.
4. Act as technical resource to Unit Engineers on codes and standard and provide effective inspection services.

5. Prepare and maintain all inspection records and procedures in accordance with the inspection program.
6. Work closely with the Unit as well as Maintenance and Operations team to maintain plant regulatory compliance, effective executive of shutdown, turnarounds and production target.
7. Prepare NDE scope of work, co-ordinate and supervise inspection service contractors to meet the plant's safety and quality requirements.
8. To planning and scheduling for day to day activities and minor activities.

Reliability Center Maintenance / Condition Monitoring Engineer

Duration Of Contract: 1 Year

Qualification –  Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineer or equivalent

Experience – 10 to 15  years

Min 8 years as Rotating Equipment engineer in petrochemical plants is min requirement.

Profile –
1. Responsible for the execution of reliability excellence/maintenance program. Writes and maintains reliability maintenance strategy documents.
2. Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under their care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.
3. Identifies and implements predictive maintenance technologies.
4. Prepare NDE scope of work, such as Thermography, vibration analysis and lube oil monitoring for the equipment.

5. Performs/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.

7. To planning and scheduling for day to day activities and major activities.
8. Develop vibration monitoring frequencies and schedules for the rotary equipment in the SAP and execute the work orders. Proper planning & execution of work orders and create notifications for abnormal equipment.

9. All the monitoring data and reports for rotary equipment to be documented in the software for analysis and maintain the history.
10. Repeated equipment failures to be identified from all the plants and bad actor management program has to be developed in identifying the root cause of the failures and provide recommendations to operation & maintenance in eliminating the failure and reducing the bad actors.
11. SAP R&I Work Orders Planning, Scheduling, Completion, RCA, Shutdowns and Planning Meetings, JSA, PMI testing and inspection etc.

Technical Clerk

Qualification –  Min. Diploma Mechanical Engineer or equivalent

Experience – Min. 3  years

1. To record, place, track and maintain all necessary records of test results of work carried out by the Department.
2. Operate computer terminal to log ordering and receiving and to retrieve and enter data in general.
3. Perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork.
4. Compile and maintain records for the team.
