MEP SITE ENGINEER


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES 
Supervise the implementation of the MEP work at site 
Coordinate the MEP work with other disciplines at site
Cross check the shop drawings with the actual site situation 
Communicate with the Engineering / design team any changes and / or deviation from Design drawing
Direct & advise the site work force on the best practice of MEP work implementation such as ducts fixations, pipes welding, etc.


Experience
MEP Contracting and site implementation

ICT ENGINEER - LOW CURRENT


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES 
Manage and supervise the low current / ICT work installation 
Coordination of all low current / ICT systems & networks with other related system work
Systems integration to ensure smooth operation of Airport 
Devices configuration to ensure all systems are operational 
Participate in checking & commenting the detail drawings at the ICT system 


Knowledge and Skills
Good knowledge with special Airport systems (SAS)
Good knowledge with active component technology & configuration 
Networks installation & Termination 
Server installation and configuration
5+ years experience


ICT ENGINEER - LOW CURRENT - INSTALLER


In charge of all Installation activities for low current / ICT work 
Coordination of all low current / ICT systems & networks with other related system work
Cabling system installation of Airport 
Experience -  Low current / ICT systems & network installation for AIRPORT or similar projects


Knowledge and skills - 
Good knowledge with special Airport systems (SAS)
Good knowledge with active component technology & configuration 
Networks installation & Termination 
Server installation and configuration
5+ years experience


CONSTRUCTION MANAGER


Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion 
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones


Proven working experience in construction management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Ability to plan and see the big picture
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Leadership and human resources management skills
5+ years experience


MECHANICAL ENGINEER - CO-ORDINATION


Coordinate with MEP engineers at project site 
Coordinate the design with head office MEP team and with MEP contractor
Specialized carbon steel pipe installation and welding 
Specialized in Ducting and HVAC
writing reports and documentation
provide technical advice 
analyses and interpret data
