Site based Process operations for Nigeria, Lagos.

Qualification BE / Diploma in Chemical

Experience - Minimum 10 years - 20 years from Oil & Gas / Construction / Infrastructure

Chemical Engineer Graduate with 10-20 Yrs. Exerienced in pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of FCCU (Rx / Rg) / MFC / GAS CON / MEROX / PRT / RFCC / CDU, MILD HYDRO-CRACKER, NHT-CCR, PENEX, HGU, SRU Block. 

Job Scope for Commissioning Engineers:

Prioritizing loops/systems handover to keep the commissioning schedule on track.
Hand on experience of system handover & responsible for completion of required documents as per client requirement. 
Categorizing punch points & accomplish the same as per project requirement
Coordinating with Vendors & Licensors. Schedule their visit in consultation with client.
Coordinating & conducting PSSR (Pre Start up Safety Review) & TBRA (Task Base Risk Analysis) as team member.
Providing assistance to generate MIS / Presentation for top management review by indicating area of concern. Update management about commissioning schedule & high light the activities/System which will hamper the commissioning schedule.
Fully familiar with Catalyst Loading and unloading, 
Hand on Experience of line flushing / drying / cardboard blasting / pigging / air blowing / Steam target blowing / steam blowing / chemical cleaning / Roto-mole cleaning / Cat loading/Dangerous chemical handling / Loop checking / logic checking
Familiarize with firefighting & F&G Systems & Safety rules. 
Having understanding of work permit system & Environmental related issues.
Prepare required documentation (Plant Operating Manual, SOP, Check list, Training Manual, Pocket Manual, Pre-commissioning / Commissioning Procedure for conducting smooth start.
Patriciate in Hazop, SIL & Model review 
Basic Knowledge of PDMS to Review model on desk
