Fabrication Chargehand 

Qualification: ITI

Experience: should have a minimum of 7 years experience including 3 years in similar supervisory Experienced in Structural Steel and Piping Fabrication carried out in construction of Offshore Oil Platforms, Onshore Oil Facilities and Petrochemical Plants.

Welding Chargehand 

Qualification: SSC/ITI

Experience: Should have minimum 6 years of experience in construction of which 2 years as supervisor in Onshore/offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant

Fabrication Foreman 
Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 10 years experience including 5 years in similar supervisory posts for Foreman and Charge hand levels, Experienced in Structural Steel and Piping Fabrication carried out in construction of Offshore Oil Platforms, Onshore Oil Facilities and Petrochemical Plants

Welding Foreman 
Qualification: SSC/ITI
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction work including at least 5 years of supervisory experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry.
General Foreman Fabrication 
Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Experience: Should have minimum 15 years experience in construction work including at least 8 years of supervisory experience in Structural Steel, Storage Tanks and Piping Fabrication for the Offshore and Onshore Oil Facilities and Petrochemical Plants 

General Foreman Welding 
Qualification: SSC/ITI
Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in construction work including at least 8 years of welding supervisory experience in onshore/offshore oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, WPS, WeldMaps, WeldLogs, etc.
