Planning Engineer
    QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS:
    Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    With 15 - 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
    Primavera Certified Planner
    Strong familiarity with project management software, Primavera and computer literate

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Planning Engineer is required to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of shut down and turnaround activities and inspection activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, and on budget.
    Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work
    Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities 
    Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope 
    Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
    Maintains and updates stationary & rotating equipment technical records, prepares technical reports, helps in generating data for inputs to budgets, improvement in maintenance methods/procedures, equipment replacement, etc
    Supervises training programs for new employees in his units. Ensures following of relevant fire & safety
    Attended & knowledge to work on Shutdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance
    Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources 
    Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates 
    Prepares cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects 
    Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution 
    Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning 
    Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team 
    Prepares the monthly Progress reports 
    Prepares the monthly Labor histograms 
    Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning

API 571 Inspector
    QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS:
    Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Corossion Engineering.
    With 6 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
    API 571 corrosion and materials Inspector certification.
    Good knowledge of all local jurisdiction laws, codes, standards, and regulations.
    Good knowledge of corrosion and welding, including: corrosion related damage mechanisms, base metals, filler metals, heat treatment, welding metallurgy, weld and corrosion testing, fabrication planning, and welding repairs.
    Good knowledge of qualifying welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder/welding operator qualifications, including all regulatory requirements.
    Good knowledge of ASME P-Numbers 1, 3, 4, 5A, and 8 base metals (carbon steels, alloy steels, and austenitic stainless steels).
    Knowledge of P-No. 6 and 10H (ferritic, martensitic and duplex stainless steels) would be an asset.
    Advanced knowledge of NDE methods (MT, PT, UT, and RT), including ASME Sec. V.
    CSA B51 Code, ASME B&PV Code, and ASME B31 Piping Code experience is required, where API ICP Supplementary Certifications would be an asset (e.g., API 571, 577, and 580).
    Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills (working in a team) are required.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Identify corrosion mechanisms and calculate corrosion rates in operating machinery, piping, equipment, etc.
    Consult others on welding and repair.
    Provide guidance to resolve design, operation, and maintenance issues.
    Inspect equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.
    Help contractors, consultants and vendors design and implement programs with specific corrosion control objectives.

        UT, MT, PT Certification are a plus.

        DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Perform API 570 inspections per customers scope of work and Intechs internal process and procedures.
        The API Inspector will be responsible for preparing and finalizing inspection reports.
        This person will be assisting customers and field personnel in preparation, set up and maintenance of paperwork connected with each project.
        The ideal individual will be prepared to progress rapidly in order to advance to levels requiring more knowledge of tool functions.
        The onsite description will be either at a refinery, tank farm, or pipeline. 
        Oversee technicians assisting in inspection of client property.
        Also should be able to Mark up and or generate P& ID, PFD and Isometric drawings/ sketches.
        Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. 
        Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results. 
        Perform specialized inspections. 
        May instruct and supervise others. 
        Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management. 
        Interface daily with the client about work priorities and progress of projects
        Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions 
        Work closely with client to identify and remove obstacles 
        Actively participate in client safety initiatives, incident investigations, etc.

            NDT Level II Certification (Ultrasonic Testing)
            UT, MT, PT Certification are a plus.
            Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections.

            DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
            Reporting to the Internal Coordinator The Level II inspector to perform calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results. 
            Level II Inspector is to be qualified to set up and calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
            Level II Inspector should thoroughly be familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Assistants and Level I Inspectors. 
            Level II Technician to organize and report results of NDT.
            Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment. 
            Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection. 
            Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. 
            Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results. 
            Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators. x Organize and report test results. 
            Perform specialized inspections. 
            May instruct and supervise others.

                QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS:

                Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics Engineering.
                With 2- 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.

                Experience in Oil and Gas product & services procurement.
                Experience in Oil and Gas product procurement and knowledge in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

                Good verbal and written communication skills.
