• Design & Development of production aids, fixtures, tooling and gauges
• Competency in drawing review based on manufacturing techniques / DFMA
• BOM Preparation (Manufacturing)
• Preparation of manufacturing instructions
• Preparation of SOPs
• Knowledge in any ERP softwares (Infor M3 preferred)
• Knowledge in SMART-TEAM database
• Knowledge in SENTRY database
• Knowledge in test line & stand setups
• Knowledge in production line setup
• Knowledge in lean manufacturing process flow
• Supporting for industrialization & production build in shop floor
• Competency in PFMEA
• Able to handle cross functional departments
