Mechanical Inspector for Qatar

We are looking for the Following Position in our One of Cement Manufacturing Company - Qatar. Looking for the Following Professionals Urgently.

MECHANICAL INSPECTOR

DIPLOMA 0R DEGREE WITH MIN 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CEMENT PLANT.

Assure proper performance in measuring and monitoring equipment conditions, analysing tends, and identifying the needs for mechanical maintenance taking into account production constraints with an objective to prevent failure of equipment by following the best practice of field inspections at first and specific levels reflecting the initiative and responsible behaviour in respect to safety and regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respect of all Company regulations and policy.
- Respect and commitment of all Safety regulation.
- Report and follow correction actions for any unsafe condition or action noted by him or others to safety department and area engineer. 
- Coordinate with safety department and area engineer to prepare proper risk assessment to identify hazards related to his inspection activities and put elimination solutions for them and enhance safety awareness for him and his team members.
- Carry out the first level and specific inspections of all plant equipment in all conditions (stoppage, running).
- Formalizing the inspection reports.
- Tight co-ordination with Production to get feedback from operations on equipment conditions, equipment availability for maintenance inspection and production constraints.

- Tight Co-ordination with Maintenance Execution (to get feedback from maintenance tradesmen on equipment status) and Planning / (Scheduling).
- Participate with Maintenance team to prepare the planned stoppages schedule as required.
- Participate with Maintenance team in prioritizing work in case unforeseen stoppage.
- Participate with Maintenance in defining the budget based on equipment condition.
- Participate in conducting the required RCAs and technical studies to analyze and identify the root causes that lead to major incidents and frequent stoppages of core equipment. 
- Protect all inspection devices, tools in a safe and good condition for use.
