Project Engineer

Responsible for the management of the site activities for maintaining the progress, safety, quality and the timely completion of the project to the satisfaction of the Customers. 

To ensure that all the activities are carried out as per the relevant specifications/ standards/ requirements.

Coordination with Design team for site measurements & detailing

Graduate in Civil Engineering /Architecture with 6-8 years relevant Experience in Interior related projects and should have knowledge of all Interior/joinery finishes. 
Gulf experience is must
Project Manager
Manages schedules, budgets, assets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly. communicated, understood and executed. 
Facilitates overall project management strategy and works with discipline leads and project teams to execute on plans including monitoring project risks and scopecreep to identify potential issues and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance. 
Leading teams to carry out the goals and objectives.Development of effective communications and mechanism with all project participants, Internal staff, consultants, Sub contractors & clients in an effective manner and ensure timely completion of the project. 
Ensure timely completion of project with quality of services

Project Director
Present and gain approval of design concepts.
Manage projects from conception to completion, including work performed by both internal and external resources.
Establish budget, prepare project schedules and monitor adherence to terms.
Coordinate project teams' work to ensure timely and complete submission of documents.
Manage collections for assigned projects.
Manage client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Attract, develop, and manage staff
Candidates should have a degree in architecture or interior design and should be PMP qualified. Candidates should have a proven track record spanning 20 years of the management of high end building projects including managing all architectural and interior fit out aspects
