Computer Programmer

Eight (8) years experience in computer field working in a network environment, including programming, developing data bases and software, and maintaining programs, large Mainframe or PC Network Systems
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology with special course in Computer Programming or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.
 Must have advanced programming skills and must have knowledge in various programming software languages.
Shall have strong problem-solving capability and analytical skills.
Knowledge in one or more of the following : JSP, JAVA, J2EE, ASP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Windows 2000, Windows XP, .NET framework, or FrontPage 2002.
 Must be updated with the latest technology in programming


Building Inspector / Utility Inspector
1.Five (5) years experience from the date of qualifications in building construction and maintenance, including three (3) years experience in construction and maintenance inspection activities, with related estimating and preparation of scope of work experience.

2.Associate Degree in Engineering or Two (2) Years degree in Engineering and Construction Technology or closely related filed acceptable by User Organization. 

3. Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
CAD 2D Draftsman
1.Six (6) years experience in Engineering and Design Office producing drawing related to building construction and renovation; two (2) years of which in computer aided design drafting (CADD), specializing in required disciplines.

2. Associate Degree in Engineering or Architecture, or Two (2) Years Technical College in Drafting Technology or equivalent acceptable by User Organization. 

3.  Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microstation V8i, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel.): knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Autodesk 3ds Max 2010 would be an advantage.
