    Achieving Sales Targets, insuring excellent customer service, adherence to company policies & procedures while providing the best quality by following safety procedures.

    Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

    1- Achieving Sales Targets.
    2- Increase sales by enhancing companies Market share.
    3- Building good relationship with the customer.
    4- To provide feedback about the market.
    5- Adherence to quality & safety policies.
    6- Achieve highest grade of customer satisfaction.
    7- Execution of daily sales plan.
    8- Protection of fixed assets of the company, like Vehicle, equipment etc.
    9- Adherence to traffic regulations
    10- In case of vehicle accident, staying with the vehicle till all steps is followed.
    11- Cooperation of instructions of Sales Supervisor.
    12- Performing any related task in accordance of Supervisors instructions.

    Basic Salary: SR.1500 
    Food Allow: SR.200

    Contractual Vacation: 42 Days every 2 Year.

    Sales Commission: Exceeds 70% of the basic salary according to the internal policy of the company

    Skills:
    1- Operation of Hand Held equipment/system
    2- Basic Knowledge of English Competencies and personality:

    Requirement & Experience:
    1- Preferred to have minimum of two year experience in FMCG Sales.
    2- Must have a valid driving license (Heavy)
    3- Age between 25 - 35 years.

    Purpose: Supervising the activities of sales in his area and ensure that all reps are properly operated to facilitate sales operations in order to achieve the objectives required by the sales manager according to sales plan.

    Main Responsibilities (but not limited to): 
    -Prepare the sales plan for the Salesmen and the sales targets for each route according to the requirements of customers within the region and follow up on their implementation on a daily basis.
    -Identify the main customers in their channel and region and target them to increase the target market share according to the general sales plan.
    -Preparation of distribution plan and daily route visit according to company route plan to give maximum coverage and reach.
    -Promote and to build the position of product in defined markets for Branding of the Products
    - Ensure the company's product promotional plans are understood and implemented in the right time & at the right place across all Pre-Sellers & Salesmen routes.
    -Monitoring and follow-up implementation of the sales plan in all his region and modify the sales target.
    -Making sure products available on the shelf with proper visibility.
    - Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
    - Solve the administrative and sales problems of his Salesmen to provide an excellent working environment.
    - Ensure the implementation of sales policies and the policy of credit limit and follow-up on a daily basis with the branch manager and Salesmen.
    - Follow-up debts and collection for the appointees through daily and weekly reports that clarify this with the accountant of the branch and compare them.
    -Carry out any other tasks entrusted to him by the direct manager.
    SALARY : SR 3500 BASIC

    Housing: Between 3 to 4 Basic Salary
    Transportation: 15% of Basic Salary OR Company Car provided Mobile Allow: As per company policy.
    Contractual Vacation: 30 Days every year.
    Contract Status: Single
    Sales Commission: Exceeds 70% of the basic salary according to the internal policy of the company.
