Visual Specialist

Degree
Passing National Licensure or equivalent will be beneficial
Knowledgeable in communication design calculation related software
 Shall be well verse with related International Engineering and Construction Codes and Standards including National Electrical Code, Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI).
Three (3) years experience from the date of qualification in design and engineering office as communications design engineer


Statistical Analyst
Degree in Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent acceptable by User Organization; Must have exceptional database and analytical skills.
Fully conversant in computer operations with emphasis on the current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access).
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Five (5) years experience on statistical analysis and problem solving with an ability to perform various statistical reports, data analysis and summaries using financial and other relative reference data as a source material


SAP Processor
Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Should be able to type at 30 words per minute at 90% accuracy.
Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures.
 Four (4) year experience in administrative, computer operations and /or allied positions with an ability to perform various office procedures, timekeeping and clerical duties, using PRC and PRH SAP System and computerized methods of operation, in large construction of maintenance organization


Planner / Scheduler
High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Certification in Computer Operation.
 Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial.
Thorough knowledge and training in standard planning and scheduling principles and practices including, resource loading and schedule analysis.
Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), including basic knowledge in Microsoft Project.

Material Planner / Material Expediter
High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Technical Certification related to position.
Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial.

Thorough knowledge and training in planning principles and practices including material usage analysis, cataloging and stock-level monitoring and control.
Thorough knowledge of inventory control principles and forecasting system.

Maintenance Planner
Two years technical college graduate; or equivalent acceptable by User Organization; Bachelors Degree would be beneficial.
Knowledge in SAP operations and procedures would be beneficial.
Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point); knowledge in MS project is a plus.
Shall be able to prepare annual budget and forecast based on established data; shall be able to develop cost and operational presentations

Housing Advisor
Two years Associate College Degree; Bachelor Degree would be beneficial or equivalent acceptable by User Organization.
Knowledge in Housing operations and procedures would be beneficial.

Shall be able to prepare annual House Renovation and forecast based on established data; shall be able to develop cost and operational presentations
