    POST: Electrical Technician (Operation)

    JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION :
    Perform on site the operations which are placed under his responsibility;
    Prepare electrical equipment for maintenance, inspection including but not limited to isolation, lockout-tagout etc.;
    Report directly to electrical supervisor and lead electrical technician;
    Perform routine switching operation;
    Control power-generating equipment, which may use any one type of fuel, such as diesel or natural gas;

        JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION :
        The role of Maintenance Scheduler is essential for work preparation, scheduling and execution process as it ensures continuity by creating of the integrated work schedule for the subsequent weeks. Scheduling correlates the project work with the available resources of the Contractors maintenance team.
        Responsibilities include:
        Review prepared corrective maintenance work and schedule with account of the latest allowed finish date; 
        Continuously interact with work planners and work execution teams; 
        Prepare and submit draft integrated maintenance schedule for approval by the Companys responsible persons;

        Communicate with Company HSE team and Contractors specialists to determine training needs.
        Develop and conduct training programs for Contractors employees, and representatives. Plan both short and long-term training goals and objectives.
        Provide technical support for maintenance staff in preparation of operations method statements and risk assessment.
        Take participation in PTW review and approval;
        On a daily basis inspect work places for compliance with HSE requirements;
        Provide HSE observation and monitoring during execution of complex works (e.g. emergency works, simultaneous works);
        Investigate incidents and near misses, determine the cause and propose corrective measures necessary to prevent the recurrence.

            Close cooperation with Companys operations and maintenance departments to establish repair scope and repair priority for rotating equipment;
            Monitoring availability of personnel, spare parts, special tools and other resources necessary to accomplish rotating equipment repairs, prompt reporting if any deficiency is revealed;
            Review of maintenance procedures for plant rotating equipment;
            Engineering supervision and quality control at the execution of rotor alignment, inspection, repair and replacement of couplings, bearings and other components of rotating equipment where a poorly performed maintenance could cause the equipment malfunction;
            Regular review of vibration data collected both online and offline;
            Regular review of lube oil analysis results;
            Regular review of machinery thermodynamic performance data;
            Rotating equipment general troubleshooting;
            Prompt reporting on detected failures and malfunctions both developed and developing; 
            Preparation and execution of rotating and static equipment vibration surveys to rectify the root cause of excessive vibration;
            Preparing and issue of quarterly condition monitoring reports;
            Participation to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) studies as needed;
            Supervision of condition monitoring activities performed by other maintenance personnel such as offline vibration data collecting, lube oil sampling;
            Rotating equipment field balancing and workshop rotor balancing with a balancing machine;
            Close cooperation with plant instrumentation team and Bently Nevada service engineers to ensure correct performance of machinery monitoring systems;
            Coaching and support for other personnel in area of rotating equipment and condition monitoring;

              POST: Static Equipment Inspection Engineer

              Assume overall responsibility for inspection and testing of all static equipment, piping, steel structures including visual survey, NDT, insertion and retrieval of corrosion coupons, hydrostatic test, etc. as and when required;
              Ensure all non-destructive testing activities are carried-out in accordance with requirement and approved inspection programs;
              Monitor and inspect execution of repairs and modifications, providing advice on material selection, welding, etc., and perform relevant testing prior to final acceptance;
              Follow up the inspection findings during previous turn-around surveys, for finalization of shutdown work lists;
              Conduct welding procedure and performance qualifications according to ASME Section IX;

              POST: Corrosion Engineer

              Arrange activities related to corrosion protection and corrosion monitoring, including the development of the relevant regulations, procedures and plans, as well as develop, adjust and regularly update the KPI and reporting system; 
              Participate in planning the requirements for chemicals to ensure corrosion protection, as well as in developing and updating regulations, procedures and plans for the application of chemicals;
              Analyze the results of the execution of programs for inhibition, corrosion monitoring and inspection, as well as develop measures to adjust corrosion protection technologies;
              Identify hazardous factors, their causes and the impact they have on the mechanical integrity of equipment and pipelines, as well as regulatory requirements set out in the Republic of Iraq to design, operate, inspect, extend service life, repair and decommission pipelines and equipment at process facilities;
              Participate in the expert review and updating of engineering solutions for field infrastructure development with regard to the application of materials, means and methods of corrosion protection and corrosion monitoring.
              Review project documentation to ensure the corrosion resistance of equipment and pipelines to working environments and operating conditions;
              Participate in the development of qualification requirements and guidelines for acceptance testing and routine checks of construction materials and protective coatings;
              If necessary, arrange audits during the acceptance of corrosion protection means at the construction and commissioning stages.
              Arrange activities related to the corrosion rate evaluation and to the corrosion risks assessment during the production, treatment and transportation of oil, gas and water. Justify the need for and arrange the application of methods for the mitigation of identified risks;
