Hiring for Cashier for one of the Reputed Multispecialty Hospital in Kenya -Africa 

Position - Cashier 

Industry -Healthcare 

Exp :- 3 to 5 yrs 

Have worked as a cashier for a minimum period of 5 years in any Hospital( Min 200 Bed of reputed Hospital)

Qualification- Min B.Com , ( additional qualification like M.Com, C.A Intern can be considered.)
Should have worked in hospital where HMIS is implemented

Salary Tax free : , 
Free Furnished Bachelor accommodation ,Transport, Air Ticket once in two years,15 days paid annual leave ,can be accumulated to 30 days for the contract period.

Job Responsibilities:-
Process transactions to the cash register by effectively and efficiently handling cash, m-pesa and credit card payments

Manage daily balancing and reconciling of office accounts and handle daily bank deposits and cash scroll settlement
Document cash/bank transactions by handling Cheques and online deposits in a proactive manner
Enter all payments received from suppliers, cafeteria and pharmacy into designated databases
Transfer income activities into accounting applications such as Tally and ensure the integrity of entered data
Post payments to appropriate accounts and maintain logs of daily receipts
Maintain petty cash logs, receipts and balances on a daily basis
Coordinate activities with the accounting department to ensure creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
Handle cash clearing and credit balancing activities along with determining and investigating unidentified accounts
Provide assistance to the front desk in handling patient admissions and provision of information to patients, families and visitors

Note :-
Contract for 2 years ,Renewable based on performance
Passport must have
