Driving sales & Profitability (topline) On the field sales person.
Inventory Management Requisition < Stock holding, Receiving, storage
Back store Administration Should have handled Stock ordering, Stock
replenishment system
Sales Margins Knowledge of Industry Benchmarks in Margin
After Sales Administration Should be fluent in English & Communication
Merchandising & marketing -
Inventory Control Movement, Ageing
Shop floor administration
Driving Team performance On the job training, handholding, discipline /all staff related matters
Adherence to Systems & process
Desired Profile of the Candidate
Proficiency in Written & Spoken English.
Ability to Multitask and work with a sense of Urgency in task completion
Ability to work on Computers with specifics to MS office
Ability to communicate well amidst people
Ability to Train and track team performance and be Accountable for the execution of the role
Adherence to process & systems
Should have consistently worked and grown levels within the organization
and have independently managed an entire concept or department
including being accountable for the Business profitability.
