To provide comprehensive system support to end in effective use of computer infrastructure (Serves, Operating Systems etc) and proactively work to resolve the issues while insuring full adherence to company standard software, hardware and processes

Technical Administrator
Hands-on knowledge on server technologies (OS' active directory, email,etc.) Basic knowledge on network troubleshooting. Basic knowledge on private cloud infrastructure. Basic knowledge on system and data backup in a centralized manner
Network & Communication Technician
Hands-on Knowledge on networking systems.
Hands-on experience in Networking Operation Centre.
Ability to learn & adopt to new networks installed at Woqod
Analytical mindset
Communication Skills
IT Helpdesk Operator
Good Knowledge about Computers & Operating systems.
Ability to learn @adopt to new networks installed at Woqod.
High-level experience in customer support services.
