Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
Supervises the execution of installation, mounting, repairing and start up activities for pieces and equipments by managing resources and effectively interacting with internal/external clients. Ensures compliance with quality, time, cost and safety standards. Optimizes working cycle in the workshop.
Supports BMGs in the analysis on critical equipments by identifying failures and performing tests on all its components.
Guarantees technical resource availability, ensuring a suitable minimum stock.
Participates in the development of maintenance information systems and supports actions as required. Analyzes and uses the information provided in order to support the decision making process.
Ensures the application of health, safety and environment standards and practices.
Participates in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Your profile:
Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or other related technical fields.

Responsibilities:

Participates in the execution of projects assigned to the department
Manage new projects (with suppliers for different software solutions) and propose new strategies/innovations.
Technical meetings with all areas for implementing the new projects
Production Engineer
Department: Rolling Mill & Process Technology Complex and thrilling a Safety first Specialists in the field Processes liaison and wide workload Interdependent with the maintenance and other areas
Purpose: Identifies and implements the best operation practices by promoting technological update respecting the production programs, optimizing processes as well as most relevant supplies' costs.
Responsibilities:
Analyze performance of the manufacturing process, design or improve manufacturing practices
Comply with established quality standards designing a stable and defect-free process and track quality procedures from generation to implementation.
Provide optimization to the process using technological information and reports from competitors, benchmarking activities, 00100 and R&D areas.
Ensure the provision of technical service of new projects related to the line/process.
Verify that the performance of machinery and instruments used in the production process respond to established use and efficiency criteria
To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process.
Your profile:
Degreed in: Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy / Material Science or other related technical fields.
Language: English - Intermediate
