Senior Accounts Officer for Epic Group, Ethiopia

The role shall handle daily accounting of vouchers, bills, invoices, etc., MIS, banking transactions and various reconciliations. The role will assist the finance leader of the plant in ensuring timely closing books of account and reporting on the financial performance of the plant.

1. Daily accounting of all types of vouchers
2. BRS, Creditors / Debtors / Production / Stock / Payroll reconciliations
3. Ensure internal controls while passing vouchers in SAP
4. Payment & collections processing including bank documentation
5. Month-end closing of Trial balance and preparing financials for audit and management purposes
6. Assist the plant finance head in all Adhoc requirements for the smooth running of the plant

7. This position based out of ETHIOPIA & NOT in INDIA. Only interested candidates who are willing to work overseas to apply.

8. Experience of working on SAP is a must

Required Candidate profile

The candidate shall have
1. Total experience of not less than 3 years
2. Prior experience of handling accounting, banking operations
3. Good communication and language skills (both speaking and writing)

4. Appropriate attitude towards co-staff and ensures smooth relationships with other departmental and other cross functional staff.

8. Experience of working on SAP is a must.
