Rigging Supervisor
- Formal school education and/or some practical experience with relevant work.
- Minimum 10 years rigging experience of which 6 years have been spent in a supervisory capacity on offshore and onshore locations.
- Has a valid Rigging & Slinging 1 & 2, CAPS & Banksman courses.
- Aware of the workings of most types of equipment used in construction work.
- Familiar with safe working loads, care & proper storage of equipment and training of all other riggers on board to do likewise.
- Capable of working independently both on board, or working away from the VESSELS (e.g. aboard an anchor handling tug, etc)
- Able to use hot cutting gear wherever necessary.
- Able to splice an eye on a manila and synthetic fibre and wire rope, and be fully competent with all knots, bends and hitches.
- Know the correct way to attach bulldog clips or any other common wire rope fittings and ensuring that this practice is adhered to at all times by all riggers.
- HSE & QC Knowledge for oil & gas industry.
- Computer literate-basic & sufficient knowledge for routine work requirements.
- Normal 12 hours Offshore Rota (Days/Nights) as per operation requirements.
- 8 weeks Offshore working + 2 weeks Onshore resting
Assistant Construction Supervisor
- Minimum qualification of Technician level certificate.
- Minimum 10 years experience with at least 7 years offshore construction experience of which 5 years as Offshore supervisory role.
- Able to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications. Have good knowledge on international construction and safety codes.
- Familiar with all piping fittings and components including piping materials and pressure classifications. Conversant with Oil field and construction terminology.
- Aware of the requirements of the hazardous area classifications.
- Computer literate-basic & sufficient knowledge for routine work requirements.
- Normal 12 hours Offshore Rota (Days/Nights) as per operation requirements.
- 8 weeks Offshore working + 2 weeks Onshore resting
Construction Supervisor
- Minimum 15 years experience with at least 10 years offshore construction experience of which 8 years as Offshore supervisory role.
- Served a recognized apprenticeship training with a Senior Mechanical Technician Level Qualification (Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in relevant disciplines would be an advantage).
- Able to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications. Have good knowledge on international construction and safety codes.
- Fully familiar with the hazardous high fire risk situations.
- Must be experienced & have knowledge in ISSOW (PTW), IMS-5, JHAs, Risk analysis & SIMOPs and supervisory skills.
- Must have a good knowledge of International Construction and Safety codes.
- Experience in installation and repair of offshore structural and piping systems, with all associated welding, machining, lifting and painting techniques and procedures.
- Computer literate-basic & sufficient knowledge for routine work requirements.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, and the wide range of pipe materials being used.
- Normal 12 hours Offshore Rota (Days/Nights) as per operation requirements.
- 8 weeks Offshore working + 2 weeks Onshore resting
Field Engineer
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years experience in engineering position with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry for major Offshore Projects as supervisory roles.
- Able to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications.
- Have a good knowledge on international construction and safety codes.
- Fully familiar with the hazardous high fire risk situations.
- Have a sound knowledge of international and COMPANY standard specifications and welding procedures.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, and the wide range of pipe materials being used.
- Computer literate-basic & sufficient knowledge for routine work requirements.
- Provide day to day solutions in regards with constructability and operations.
- Have good coordination skills between colleagues and clients.
- Normal 12 hours Offshore Rota (Days/Nights) as per operation requirements.
- 8 weeks offshore working + 2 weeks onshore resting
Painting Supervisor
- Minimum 10 years experience as Painting supervisory roles in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Require to possess NACE Level 3 or BGAS Level 1 or other recognized body qualifications.
- Normal 12 hours Offshore Rota (Days/Nights) as per operation requirements.
- 8 weeks Offshore working + 2 weeks Onshore resting
