Company Overview: - 

GeoSteel is the largest steel producer in Georgia (Country). We are the largest direct foreign investment into the country and currently supply to approximately 40-50% of the local market demand. - GeoSteel is a scrap based operation with a Scrap Yard, Oxygen Plant, Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Induction Furnace, CCM and a Rebar Rolling Mill. - Georgia is located in the CIS region and borders with Turkey and Azerbaijan. Temperature ranges from -2°C to 35°C. - Local language is Georgian. - Capital City is Tbilisi - Very convenient flights are there between Tbilisi and New Delhi. Only 7-8 hours including layovers.

 Position Expectations/Requirements: -

 To look over all operations in the factory, from Scrap Yard to Rolling Mill - Maintain minimum production and focus on cost reductions in all areas of the factory 

- Expected to look at any incoming projects and take them from Technical Specification to operation 

- Bring SOP's to many of the processes in the factory 

- Take the company to all European Safety and Environment standards 

- Reduce dependencies on manpower, especially expatriate manpower 

- Focus on increasing automation in the factory Past Experience 

- Have good experience in Steel Melt Shops, mainly in EAF operation 

- Have scrap based EAF experience Package and Amenities 

- $6,500/month net of all taxes 

- Health Insurance - Accomodation on site would be provided to you and your wife 

- Food, Water, Internet 

- Yearly flight to Delhi, India would be paid for. (3 month advance notice required for booking) 

- 30 days Yearly leave would be given. However, a maximum of 15 days at any given stretch
