Functional Support (Pricing, trade agreements, discounts, Standard Promotion and Customized Promotions)
Infrastructure Related support of Retail (data transfer, internet issues etc)
AX development, forms, management reporter and SSRS reports, understanding of functional requirements

Should have understanding how modules of ERP configured and function.
Understand user requirements on day to day task and how to resolve in ERP and BI tool.
Well understanding of database, able to write queries and joining tables. Able to write queries based to select, update and insert data in ERP through database.
Should have understanding how to link database in BI tool and develop report logic based on user input.
Should have understanding of Programming language and able to understand code. Able to write scripts based to select, update and insert data in ERP
