Machine Operator
We are looking for Machine operator for Luanda, Angola (Southern Africa) location.
Responsibility :-
* Checks and monitors the technical and mechanical fitness of the machines
* Alertly watch and control the whole production system
* Makes sure that the machines warming time and down time are well managed.
* Ensures that the machine hours are well administered.
* Cleans, Greases and overhauls the machines on a well scheduled time frame.
* Manages and controls the operation of the machine production process
* Manages and controls the production process
* Manages and controls the machines technical health and fix them.
* Train more machine operators in the factory
* Ensures that the raw materials, labor and machinery are intact for a smooth and sustainable production and distribution flow
* Works diligently in defect investigation/defect rectification and Implementation of corrective and preventive action.

Machine Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
- Prepares Preventive maintenance work schedules
- Reviews maintenance requests and work orders to determine Manpower, materials/parts required.
- Monitors and coordinates the annual certification programme.
- Prioritizes and coordinates technician duties to ensure prompt service.
- Prepares and maintains preventive and breakdown maintenance records, equipment files & manuals, log books and reports related to manpower, machine parts, supplies and consumables.
- Maintains records of work requests, work performed and safety issues. Routine, preventive, predictive and Breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Responsible for line development activity for scrap reduction, increasing productivity.
- Responsible for planned maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, shutdown planning of all the equipment of plant
- Calculates downtime data and monthly maintenance presentation
- Manages project development from beginning to end.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Responsibility :
Plans, organizes, leads, controls and evaluates the different production lines and processes in the factory
- Prepares the production budget of the factory
- Plans production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine maintenance schedules and maintains budges and product quality.
- Oversee an entire industrial production plant or a department within the plant. An essential duty is to see that the safety standards are being maintained and that workers are abiding workplace standard safety rules
- Establishes an in-house training services for its employees

Ensuring the quality of goods and services, as well as making sure that production methods are continuously improved. Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising, troubleshooting and maintaining the entire machinery of the Plant.
He should ensure timely installation, daily production to optimum capacity, minimize rejections, ability to trouble shoot VVFS machines and ensure operational effectiveness. Work in dedicated capacity specializing in primary and secondary packing machines in F&B industry. Duties and responsibilities:
Operate specialty machinery (VFFS, Carton erector and packing) to production, trouble shoot and assemble, handling automation and Instrumentation Control System Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly Conduct quality checks periodically with preventive maintenance.
Periodical recalibration of all measuring and monitoring instruments Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed Analyze machine operations and output.
Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production Good working knowledge on PLC, HMI, SCADA system ,Auger screw filling & packing machines, Temperature Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow Meter, Conductivity Meter, Temperature Indicator, Propagation Integral Derivative (PID) Controller, Pneumatic Control valve, I/P Convertor, Pressure Switch, Pressure Gauge, Solenoid valve, Flow Divert value, Weighing scale, Recorder, Timer, Temperature Controller, Inkjet Printer.
Having in depth knowledge of Basic and Detailed Engineering of Instrumentation control system.
Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering like running Lathe machines, knife sharpening etc

Qualification:
BE/B. tech in Electronics/Electrical /Instrumentation with at least 6 years of Experience preferable in the Food / packaging Industry
Ideal candidate should have worked in a reputed F& B company, particularly on the packaging side, and been exposed to JIT/KAIZEN/ SIX SIGMA environment with GMP. Good people skill is important.
